Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to Orders: If you need to adjust or cancel your order before dispatch, email with the subject line CHANGE ORDER and include your Order Number.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you within 24-48 hours and issue a full refund.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• While we strive for timely deliveries, please note that carrier delays beyond our control may occur.

 Free shipping for orders over 100€ for Greece

 International Shipping & Customs

• We offer worldwide shipping.
  For orders outside the European Union, please contact us via email before placing your order so we can arrange the appropriate shipping cost.
• Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
• Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Oceanos Swimwear.
